Harley Damascus Blades
Our Harley Damascus Knifeblades are forged from original Harley-Davidson engine parts like: piston pins, exhaust valves, camshafts and crank pins. German master blacksmith Markus Balbach, well known as one of the best blacksmiths in Europe, works together with us manufacturing our knifeblades.
We offer a choice of three different metal patterns which can also be highly polished:

The blade dimensions are: 118mm x 26mm x 4mm, they have a hardeness of 60 - 61 Rockwell and 250 - 280 layers of steel. We also supply raw blades with no grind, or damascus bars to fabricate your own style blades. The bars are 250mm x 40mm x 4mm, flat machined and already lightly etched.
